1. This "Privacy Policy" governs SBE Productions (Content Provider), SBE Payments (Merchant), and all sites included in the Wetlandz Gay Watersports Network group of web sites (Product of SBE Productions), in relation to members of the Wetlandz web sites, and shall reign true unless notice is given that this policy has changed. We reserve the right to change this policy and notify affected parties that it has changed. Any changes made to this policy will only be for the benefit and protection of our members, which in turn benefits us.

2. Your privacy is respected in the highest regard in all business we conduct online with you. Personally identifiable information we collect in order to conduct business online is never shared with any third party organization for any reason, under any circumstance. Personally identifiable information includes your real name, address, credit card information, and e-mail contact.

3. Credit card data (ie, the credit card number and expiration date) is not stored in a database on this web server. Critical financial data is stored in our merchant bank database in accordance with laws that apply to merchants who must keep this information for a specified number of years for record keeping purposes and is only retrievable by the merchant itself. SBE Payments uses the latest secure 128-bit encryption technology for processing payments and securing critical data for our customers through this web site (wetlandz.net).

4a. NO SPAM GUARANTEE: We guarantee that you will never receive any unsolicited e-mail from any part of our organization at any time. We believe that unsolicited e-mail containing advertising (spam) is an unnecessary and invasive form of advertising that actually creates a negative image for a business. We do not collect e-mail addresses for advertising purposes. We require e-mail address verification when new members complete the New Member Signup Form. We use your e-mail address, the username you create when you sign up, and your IP address as a way to cross-reference data to determine that you are who you say you are when you contact us for any web site related issue that requires us to send a password or change information related to a site member.

4b. WETLANDZ MONTHLY NEWSLETTER: Every member of Wetlandz is automatically signed up for our Monthly Newsletter when they sign up for membership. The newsletter contains site updates, coupon codes for subscription discounts, and any other information to inform our members about Wetlandz. You can unsubscribe to the monthly newsletter by logging in to your Member Control Panel and selecting "Unsubscribe from Newsletters" in the right column.

4c. E-MAIL SECURITY: Only Wetlandz members should receive e-mail from wetlandz.net and it should always be in plain text format (never html), and it should never have an attachment. E-mail sent from wetlandz.net is limited to support request responses, our monthly newsletter, and any automatically generated e-mail sent because you entered your e-mail address in a form on this site expecting to get an immediate response. If you receive any suspicious e-mail that appears to be from wetlandz.net please go to the Contact Us page immediately and inform us. Most e-mail clients, including web mail, have an option to view the "message source" of an e-mail as plain text, although the option could have a different name. The message source will display full header information and the message body as plain text no matter how the e-mail was formatted (ie, html). You can copy/paste the message source into the form on the Contact Us page. If your virus detection software detects a virus or trojan in an attachment then do what is recommended by the software to eliminate it immediately, even if it destroys the e-mail. We are happy to assist you with these matters in any way possible.

5. For our protection and integrity as an online business and for your protection as our customer, every page you access on this web site is logged once you log in as a member. This information is collected and stored for our use only and is never shared with any third party for any reason, under any circumstance. Cookies are used for authentication purposes only and in some cases a web site feature may not work unless your browser is set to accept cookies for an originating web site and/or session cookies. We recommend that you block third party cookies for your own security and there is no feature on our web sites that warrants allowing the acceptance of third party cookies.

6. Persons providing content to SBE Productions for publication at wetlandz.net (Content Producers) are required to provide proof of age and identity should the need ever arise, and have agreed to provide this information at the time content was submitted to us for publication. Legal proof of age and identity is required under US law but is only made available under court order. It is only under court order that SBE Productions will ever provide any private information to a third party entity for any reason, under any circumstance.

In compliance with United States law, all persons who appear in sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at Wetlandz Gay Watersports Network (wetlandz.net) were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. Records required to be maintained pursuant to US law are kept by or can be made available by the custodian of records for SBE Productions for content created by SBE Productions. SBE Productions can provide contact information for Content Producers who create their own content for publication at wetlandz.net, who are the custodians of their own identity.  In accordance with our privacy policy, this information is only made available under warrant by court order by a representative of the court issuing the order, and only if such proof is made available to SBE Productions in accordance with United States law. This web site is a private community and does not allow membership to anyone under 18 years of age (may be 21 in some areas), nor do we publish any content of men under 18 years of age under any circumstance, regardless of laws that differ from US laws.
