Tangible products: A tangible product is a physical product that you purchase including VHS tapes, VCD's, or DVD's. All tangible products sold are nonrefundable. We will exchange a defective product only for the same product upon receipt of the defective product returned to us by you via US Mail to the address we provide.

Memberships and Subscriptions: Any Free Membership offered will include the features as stated on the web site at the time you join. SBE Productions reserves the right to change, add, or discontinue any feature included with a Free Membership without notice at any time. Paid Subscriptions include all features as stated on the web site at the time you subscribe (see "Payment Terms" above in this section). SBE Productions may update content and features but rarely removes content unless requested by a Content Producer (see the section "Content Producer" below and other related topics in regards to site content). A site feature will remain on the site as long as it is being used and it works correctly, and will be updated or upgraded as required for improvement. SBE Productions reserves the right to add, remove, update, or upgrade any site content, software, or feature included with a paid subscription at any time and without notice to subscribers, but only with the intent to improve the overall web site or to comply with a request from a Content Producer as necessary. Subscription payments: IP addresses are recorded at the time an online payment is made and any fraudulent credit card transaction will be prosecuted by any legal means.
